Registered teams who feel particularly lucky may also choose to enter one or more of the following added entry level divisions: Mako/Open, Release and Bluefish.  Each division has five participation levels:

Level A: $1,000

Level B: $500

Level C: $250

Level D: $100

Level E: $50

Each level within a division will be awarded independently of each other. Ninety percent of the fees collected for each level will be awarded to added entry participants as follows:

MAKO / OPEN DIVISION

50% to Mako Division: 50% heaviest Mako 30% second heaviest Mako 20% third heaviest Mako

50% to Open Division: 50% heaviest Thresher or Blue Shark 30% second heaviest Thresher or Blue 20% third heaviest Thresher or Blue

 
RELEASE DIVISION

100% to Release Division: 50% Most releases 30% second most releases 20% third most releases

 
BLUEFISH DIVISION

100% to Bluefish Division: 50% heaviest Bluefish 30% second heaviest bluefish 20% third heaviest bluefish

The Release and Bluefish divisions will not share in the Mako/Open Added Entry Level payouts. Instead there will be two separate calcuttas for these two divisions which will be independent from each other and all other divisions.  Similar A-E entry fees and 50%, 30% and 20% payout splits as described for the Mako and Open Divisions will apply.

No sharks or bluefish will qualify for the Mako, Open or Bluefish divisions which do not meet the minimum tournament size limits. Registration for the added entry levels must occur before the close of the captains meeting on Wednesday evening.
